Sean "Diddy" Combs appeared in court for a third time seeking bond on his federal sex trafficking and racketeering case, with prosecutors arguing he cannot be trusted to follow any conditions of release.

They cited unauthorized jail communications and deleted text messages with a key witness.

They also pointed to a birthday Instagram post by his family that Diddy spent a week planning. His goal for it was to influence the jury pool. The prosecutor quoted his words in a jailhouse communication:
