The judge overseeing Donald Trump's criminal hush money case has postponed sentencing indefinitely and delayed a decision on presidential immunity.

Trump's lawyers argue his conviction should be dismissed due to his return to the White House.

They have until December 2 to file a motion to dismiss the case.
