COP29 Delivers Final Agreement of "At Least" $300 Billion

The text, intensely negotiated over the past 24 hours, sets a target of "at least" $300 billion per year by 2035 for developed countries to contribute to climate finance for developing nations.


Contributions from other countries, including Gulf states and China, will remain on a "voluntary" basis, according to the agreement.
